Tommaso Tirelli

Civil engineer (Politecnico di Milano, 2001) with postdoctoral research on composite materials at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). He built an international career in business development and sales management in the steel sector across the construction and automotive segments. He subsequently led business development in the Additive Manufacturing sector, with responsibility for projects in industrial automation, oil & gas, and aerospace.
Currently CEO of a manufacturer of hydraulic components and metal AM parts qualified by aerospace companies. Board member of the Lombardia Aerospace Cluster and Federtec.
Elvina Finzi
Co-founder · Chief Strategy Officer
Engineer with a double degree (with honours) from Politecnico di Milano and ENSTA Paris, and a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. She has built a significant career in multinational industrial environments, leading innovation, strategy, and international business development — with a focus on technology platforms and innovation models.
She currently serves as General Manager of an international industrial and market leader in optical lenses. Independent board member in several technology companies, she is active in scientific outreach and the promotion of STEM disciplines.
Andrea Davighi
Chief Technology Officer
Aerospace engineer (MSc and PhD, Politecnico di Milano) specialising in space robotics and optical navigation. His PhD research focused on visual servoing control systems for lightweight robotic manipulators; he subsequently conducted research on active vibration control at the Naval Postgraduate School of Monterey (CA).
He serves as AIT/AIV Lead for the satellite business unit of an aerospace company, leading the assembly, integration, and test campaigns. He worked in particular for the NAOS and PRISMA satellites.
Romano Iazurlo
Technologies Innovation Lead
Mechanical engineer (Università La Sapienza, Rome) with over 35 years in leading aerospace companies. He led mechanical engineering design for Eurofighter avionics from 1988, rising to Head of Airborne & Space Mechanical Systems (Italy and UK) and then Mechanical Engineering Director of the Electronic Division Airborne & Space BU. From 2020, he served as Head of Material & Process Technologies, Innovation & Digital Transformation — overseeing TRL roadmaps, R&D funding, institutional partnerships, and IP management. Since 2026, senior consultant to AMYRA.
Maurizio Stefano Suzzi
Head of Digital
Business economist (Università Bocconi, 2005) with over twenty years of experience in digital strategy, B2B sales architecture, and large-scale platform transformation. For online commerce platforms he redesigned the B2B commercial model across automotive, real estate, and re-commerce verticals, delivering sustained annual revenue growth exceeding 20% and repositioning the real estate channel as Italy’s leading generalist portal. As Head of Digital he led the company’s full digital transformation programme in support of a successful IPO. Earlier roles built deep expertise in enterprise digital solutions, sales channel design, and performance marketing. He currently co-tutors the Sports Management Master at Università Cattolica and contributes consulting through Sportmaster Consulting.
